• Maintainthe cleanliness and tidiness in Reception Area and common areas & |1 P& S' T" M n4 @/ h5 u
• PrepareOffice Notices when necessary

• Conductcustomer satisfaction survey s • Addresscustomer enquiries and resolve customer complaints.

• Advise oncompany information.

• Min. 1year experience in Office Admin or Customer Service or Sales in a fast-pacedenvironment

• Goodcommand of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese)

• Able todemonstrate high level of attention to detail and look for process solutions / j" c; c- b% B4 F9 ^
• Abilityto adapt to and manage frequently changing priorities / m9 `: i1 v2 [
• Customerservice orientation, be approachable.
